The Wine is Seriously Cheaper than Water
I can hardly wait to talk about what i did today or maybe my hands are just shaking because i have had far too much wine tonight.
Today we went to a farm or un Ferme and had an amazing day. we got to go out into a vinyardthat was older than america and pick grapes for like 2 houres and then we totaly striped teh grapes and crushed tehm. teh guy who runs the place is going to makes the grapes we picked into wine and send it too us. The wine is amazing! we drank about 10 bottles of table wine that was made at the vinyard then about 5 bottles of a sparkling white wine that was as close to champaign as you can get without actually being there. everything at that vinyard was done by hand the way they did it 100 years ago.
also they made a 5 course meal for us which was far to good to talk about just yet. after our day there we went across the street to a Cave or a bottling house and tried different aged wines out of hte biggest kegs ever... they arent kegs but large silos full of wine with a tap on the lower side. i want one for my backyard.
i have had way too much to drink today. I really think everyone has. My roommate and i are going out for a beer.
Au revoir

Wow, that sounds awesome, it reminds me exactly of the day I spent at a vineyard in Italy, but we didn't actually get to help with the picking of grapes and get that involved with the process, we just got to see how it worked. It wasn't harvest time or whatever you want to call it. But that is awesome you got to do that, I'm jealous. :)
